Ep. 93 - Taking on 2026 Like a Long, Beautiful Hike

I sat down at the beginning of the year and examined how I wanted to feel this year. What I kept going back to was a gorgeous hike I’d done last fall and realized I wanted to recreate exactly how I felt on that hike.

I think it may be the way I want to live the rest of my life, actually. Take a listen and see if you agree.

Hikes I mentioned

My first hike ever was the Ute Trail in Aspen, Colorado. We made it as far as the rock in this picture. LOL

The hike we did last fall: Mount Yale trail via Denny Creek trailhead just west of Buena Vista, Colorado. We only went up a couple of miles before turning around. This is a 14er if you want to give it a go!
