I’ve compiled my favorite books and shows that helped me feel more awake, well, and empowered this year. I”m sharing some non-fiction and fiction books both as well as documentaries and TV series that had my heart and mind turned all the way up.

I love reading more than anything and while I’m falling a little short of my goal of 50 books this year, I’m determined to do more of it in 2024.
